We can manufacture tubes as small as 3” inches tall and as large as 20' ft +! The smallest telescopic tube that we manufacture includes an AClutch lock and telescopes from 31/4" up to 4". This small, but mighty tube tightens with a 1/4" turn. Our "E" style nonlocking tubing is very popular in small sizes, and the inner tube is captive. We also offer small telescopic tubes that use a steel retention pin & have multiple holes for precise length settings. Testrite call also offer tubes with ribs to catch custom made brackets for wall mounting. There are applications that call for telescopic tubes that are under 1 foot long, where larger tube diameters are still appropriate. Testrite is able to offer options for this. We offer telescopic tubes with stop rings to get the precise open & closed dimension required. The stop ring ensures that the tube will not descend too deep inside the outer ring. We manufacture telescopic tubes that have a gas spring. When the lock is loosened, the gas spring is triggered. Testrite offers 2 plastic economy locks. Sizing includes, 1/2" OD to 3/8"OD & 5/16" OD to 3/16" OD. Miniature telescopic tubing available in 4+ sections in the following diameters; 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4". We also make tubing that is shape cut & nonrotational. Nonrotational ensures that when the inner tube is deployed, it will not rotate against the outer tube. Our tubes can be made with female or male threads on either or both ends. Undercuts & external threads are also available. Custom colors are also available upon request.
