SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN INGREDIENTS (SERVES 34 PEOPLE)

PREPPING THE CHICKEN
2 large chicken breast or 4 chicken thigh
2 tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of potato starch
1 eggs
oil for frying

FOR STIR FRYING
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 orange or yellow bell pepper
2 cups of pineapple
1 small onion
2 tbsp of oil

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of vinegar
4 tbsp of plum sauce
2 tbsp of corn starch
1/2 tsp of salt or to taste
