How to make a super moist Hawaiian Banana Cake.

Here's what you'll need:
4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar (200g)
1 cup light oilve oil (250ml)
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups mashed bananas (400g)
1 cup crushed pineapple (200g)
1/2 cup yogurt (120g)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
3 and ½ cups all purpose flour (430g)
1 and ½ tsp baking powder (6g)
1 and ½ tsp baking soda (6g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (4g)


HALF PORTION:

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1/2 cup light olive oil (120ml) or you can use unsalted butter
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1. Preheat oven at 170C or 340F. Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, yogurt, milk and vanilla.
2. Sift together, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix untl combined. Don't overmix.
4. Grease and 8 x 11 inches baking dish and line with parchment paper.
5. Place the batter. Spread evenly.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
7. Let it cool down completely.
8. Serve and enjoy this supermoist Banana Cake.
