In this video I show you how to instantly turn water into ice by supercooling water. With supercooled water you can instantly freeze water with the strike of your hand, you can even pour ice! I then show you how supercooled water heats up when it pours ice. This is a really neat experiment showing that freezing is actually exothermic!
