In this episode I am making some awesome Axis smash burger sliders. Any type of ground meat will work but this recipe will work best with lean ground wild meat, like venison, elk, or in this case axis. Hope you all enjoy this video and thank you for being a fan of my channel.

1 onion
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 egg
Seasonings of your choice
Salt
Pepper
8 slider buns
