配方 Ingredients:

Bread or all purpose flour 280 g (2 cups)
温牛奶190毫升
Lukewarm milk 190 ml

Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克1 大勺
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
盐1.5克 (1/4 小茶勺
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
无盐黄油25克 (2 大勺
Unsalted butter 25 g (2 tbsp)
鸡蛋一个55克左右
Whole egg 55 g +
炒菜油5毫升 一茶勺
Cooking oil or vegetable oil 5 ml (1 tsp)
