Fluffy Raisins Milk Bread Loaf made with Allpurpose flour 鬆軟拉絲不用揉膜麵團自己就是這麼神奇晾涼放入食品保鮮袋室溫保存隔天也不硬孩子超喜歡吃。

lukewarm milk 215 ml 溫牛奶215毫升
instant yeast 4 g / 1 tsp 酵母4克
allpurpose flour or bread flour 350 g中筋麵粉或麵包粉350克
white sugar 15 g / 1 tbsp 白糖15克
salt 3 g / 1/2 tsp 鹽3克
whole egg 52 g+ 雞蛋1個 52克
unsalted butter 30 g / 2 tbsp無鹽黃油30克
olive oil 7 ml / 1/2 tbsp 橄欖油7毫升raisin 50 g 葡萄乾50克
Dried cranberries 35 g蔓越莓幹35克

pan size 14㎝×23㎝ 烤盤尺寸 14㎝×23㎝
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 28 minutes 預熱好的烤箱180℃/356℉烤28分鐘
