SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JAM
500 gm strawberry
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Sweetener of your choice
2 tbsp chia seeds
Method.
1. Wash & rinse strawberry, then dice them in to pieces.
2. Transfer chopped strawberry to a sauce pan & cook for about 10 on medium low .
3. Once its soft and mushy , add 2 tbsp of lemon juice & start mashing it with the back of your spatula.( You can run hand blender to it but i like my jam with a bit of chunk of strawberry so i just mashed it with spatula.)
4. Now add 2 tbsp of chia seeds followed by sweetener of your choice & mix until well combined.
5. Once its thickened up, let it cool then transfer it to glass container & store it fridge.
6. You can store this up to 2 to 3 weeks.
My Recipe yielded around 12 tsp of serving & per serving nutritional info is as mentioned below.
