It was a scorching hot summer day, and I decided to go crazy and make fries. Fried salad sandwich, inspired by a post on Instagram. They tasted just like the ones I'd buy from the markets. They were truly delicious, but I can't recommend making them in such hot weather. For dinner, I made hot chicken, perfect to have with rice! Since this isn't fried, I'd say give it a try.

This video was made in collab with Vastly Korea, and it was a pleasure working with a company with an ecofriendly initiative, which I try to pursue as well. The process was even more fun thanks to the products made of bamboo and straw. That's it for today. See you in the next video!
