Here are some great stretches that you can do for your hands, wrist, fingers and forearm. These stretches are great for carpal tunnel or if you have any tension or tightness in the wrist area. When you are stretching the wrist, you are stretching the muscles and ligaments around the wrist.The forearm is involved in a lot of the movements.

So what is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

When you feel numbness, tingling, weakness and other problems in your hand because of pressure on the median nerve in your wrist. The median nerve and several tendons run from your forearm to your hand through a small space called The carpal tunnel. The median nerve controls movement and feeling in your thumb and first three fingers (but not your little finger)
Pressure on the median nerve causes carpal tunnel syndrome. This pressure can come from swelling or anything that makes the carpal tunnel smaller. Stretching and drinking plenty of water will help
