3 cups allpurpose flour (375g)
1 Tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon table salt
1 ¼ cup buttermilk, room temperature preferred (300ml)
Strawberries
2 lb strawberries, divided (907g)
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar (40g)
Whipped Cream Frosting
1 ½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
2 Tablespoons cold water (30ml)
2 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream (540ml)
¾ cup powdered sugar (94g)
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
