Strawberry Almond Tart
Almond cream filling:
150g unsalted butter
150g sugar
3 eggs
150g almond meal
1 tsp vanilla
Shortcrust pastry shell:
250g plain flour, sifted.
125g cold butter
3 tbsp cold milk/water
Blind bake the pastry shell for 15 minutes at 180°C.
250g whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
300 400 g strawberries
My pan size is 22 cm in diameter and 3 cm in height.
The dough will be enough for a 24 cmdiameter pan.
Bake the almond filling tart for 25 30 minutes at 180°C.
