*UPDATE 1/6/24: In full disclosure, I filmed this video a couple of week ago and since then we've seen some interesting developments: 1. Hermes' new prices are now in effect for 2024, which means my prices here are now outdated (but on average, add about 10% and that'll get you in the new ballpark). 2. I didn't realize this has been a trending topic, and that talk of the "Hermes journey" has grown even more polarizing than before lol! There are those that are adamant about calling this (or NOT calling this) a "journey" let me know what you think in the comments. I mention this because I do teach in my business classes a concept called "customer/user journey mapping" and so from the business side, this is justification and precedence for calling this a journey lol...
