Let's not pretend.... I stopped because I didn't have the income to maintain the shopping. If I hadn't been forced to look at what I was up to then I probably wouldn't have directed any effort that way.
But I'm so glad it happened.
I cover the reasons why in today's video some of you will relate to these and some I know absolutely won't.
The most liberating thing about it all is realising how much you can change as a person and how many avenues life has to offer.
It's funny how despite having a whole world of different opportunities we often find ourselves doing the same things and staying the in the same place. And sometimes that's nice but it can also be so refreshing to broaden your horizons and branch out.

I still love luxury shopping. And this definitely isn't the end of it for me.
I have a little wishlist of items... but acquiring them isn't the most pressing thing in my week.

I also feel so much more appreciative and grateful for the experiences and items I already have rather than just looking to the next thing.
