Sticky millet dumplings(zong zi) | Healthy and tasty! Very easy to follow!

• Ingredients: #sticky rice dumplings (40)
Sticky millet dumplings: 500 grams of sticky millet + 250 grams of glutinous rice + proper amount of red dates.
Glutinous rice dumplings: 750 grams of glutinous rice + 300 grams of corn + 200 grams of raisins + proper amount of red dates.
• About the reed leaves, sticky millet and glutinous rice, we need to wash them and soak them for over 3 hours.
• Add proper amount of water to submerge the sticky rice dumplings. Heat it with medium heat. Start timing after water is boiling and cook it for 1 hour. When cooking it, we heat some water to be boiling. If there is not enough water in the pot, then we add some boiling water in it. Just make sure the water is as high as the sticky rice dumplings. After finish cooking, keep them in pot and braise it for 30 mins.
