This is the fifth video of a video series I'm doing on this Steiger cougar. This is my first tractor and it has finally been repowed. Plans are to have it running and under full operation running tillage for the upcoming planting season. In this video, I got the air cleaner mounted and the project fieldworthy. This is a series 3 green Steiger tractor, a 1978 st270 cougar. It has sat for 11 years and now has a second chance at life.
