Red beans 300 grams 0:24,
Soak it for a night. If it's a hot day, keep it in fridge. Steam it in the next morning(start timing after the water is boiling and steam it for 50 mins),
Highprotein flour 500 grams(allpurpose flour is okay too) 0:45,
Yeast 5 grams, 0:47,
White granular sugar 5 grams, 0:58,
Water about 270 grams,1:04,
Oil 50 grams, 1:47,
Brown sugar 150 grams, 1:56,
• If we ferment it before steam it, put it in pot after the water is boiled, start timing and steam it for 25 mins.
• If we don't ferment it before steam it, add cold water in pot and start steaming. After water is boiled, start timing and steam it for about 25 mins.
