Hey!! I'm starting the WonderSlim diet. I ordered a one month's supply of food. I'm excited but also a bit nervous about going a whole month with a limited diet. I wanted to try this out at least for a month and see how I feel on it. I am hoping my health improves although I think it will take more than a month to get there.
This is more of a jump start than a lifestyle. With my health issues and being tired all the time I've had trouble sticking to healthier eating. I've had a lack of motivation. I've made quite an investment in this food I ordered and made a commitment to my viewers here on youtube so hopefully this will be a strong motivating force to keep me on track. Medifast seemed interesting but it was more expensive. I wish I could try both to see which has better foods.
Wonderslim has a lot of items overall but I wish they had more variety for the hot foods they sell. I will keep you guys updated on how I like the food, how hungry I feel, and how much weight I lose. I'm hoping to lose a lot this month. Wish me luck!
