Creating Structure and Routine in your life is the best way to keep you motivated and moving towards your goals. In the morning I find it important to Move your stiff muscles and joints, Breathe deeply and with intention, and Meditate/prepare your mind for the day. This is just an example of a morning routine; once you get the idea create your own to really thrive.

Create a morning routine that starts your day off with intention! Follow along with me here and feel free to create your own routine from some ideas from this video or just keep it the same (no need to overthink it, just do it!). I recommend getting some sun on your skin each day, weather permitting ;) Also, get some body shaking in. Body shaking releases stress and body trauma. Lastly, breathe mindfully.
