STRAWBERRY JAM RECIPE WITH CHIA WITHOUT SUGAR
This sugarfree strawberry, apple and chia jam is not as sweet as the others but it is delicious, since you can only appreciate the flavor of the fruit and the slightly grainy texture contrasts perfectly with the softness of the bread on which we taste it.

Of course, this recipe is suitable for celiacs, lactose intolerant, allergic to lactic proteins or nuts (if there are no symptoms associated with chia seeds), weight control, diabetics, vegetarians and vegans. That is, for everyone! So enjoy the pleasure of a healthy breakfast and a flavor that will conquer you as soon as you try it.
Ingredients
For 6 people
1 Apple (without skin, seeds and chopped)
Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
Strawberry (cleaned and chopped) 500 g
Lemon juice 10 g
Cooking1 hour
If we make this recipe WITH Thermomix, we put the apple and chia seeds in the glass and chop 3 sec/speed 5. We lower the ingredients from the glass with the spatula. We add the strawberries and lemon juice, place the basket in place of the beaker and program 45 min/95Âş/speed 1. Then we program 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.

If we make this recipe WITHOUT Thermomix, we put all the ingredients in a saucepan over the heat, not too high, and, stirring always, let the mixture thicken until we achieve the desired texture. It will take approximately one hour to cook.

In both preparations, we divide the jam into two jars and put them in a pot completely covered with water. We must let them boil for half an hour and then let them cool in the water. If we are going to consume them immediately, we can store the jars in the refrigerator without sterilizing, they will keep perfectly between seven and ten days.
