Hello lovelies, in this week's video we are making these spicy potato wedges and I tell you, you'll loveeeee them. Soooo easy to make and you can serve them with some grilled chicken, beef stew or anything you like.

Ingredients:
7 medium potatoes
3cups water for boiling potatoes

For the Batter:
1tsp dry oregano
1tsp paprika powder
1/2tsp Garlic powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1tsp salt
1/2cup all purpose flour
1/2cup water

1tbsp unsalted butter
1bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped
5garlic cloves crushed
1/4tsp chilli powder(optional)
