In the Asturian valley of #Luerna, linked to the council of #Lena, the town of #Zureda rises. There, the Riera family still dedicated a small plot of their farms to the cultivation of #escanda, a tenacious #cereal resistant to harsh weather conditions. With them we were able to recover in 1999 the whole process of the traditional #cultivation of this cereal and the subsequent #milling and preparation of the #breads for the party. #Documentary film
