★Shopping list for busy home chefs!★

材料 Ingredients:

紫菜15克 15g seaweed
兩隻大雞蛋 2 large eggs

調味料: Seasoning:

8克生粉+10克水 8g potato starch + 10g water
半茶匙鹽 1/2 tsp salt
半茶匙胡椒粉 1/2 tsp ground pepper
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
雞粉一茶匙 1 tsp chicken powder
適量炒蝦皮 Handful of pan friend shirmp (optional)
適量蔥粒芫荽也可 Handful of chopped spring onions / coriander (optional)

1.5公升清水 1.5L water
