[ Dinner Roll ]

▶ Ingredients ◀ 12ea
Preheat at 375℉(190℃) for 15 minutes and bake at 356℉(180℃) for 1011 minutes

✏ Bread dough
130g milk ( 130ml )
1 egg (50g)
45g sugar ( 50ml )
4g salt ( 1tsp )
4g instant dry yeast ( 1tsp+1/3tsp )
260g bread flour ( 410ml )
35g unsalted butter (about 6.5x4.5x1.2cm in size)

✏ Egg wash (or you can apply melted unsalted butter)
30g eggs
20g milk
( Egg: Milk = 3: 2)


◼ Storage method ◼
After cooling, store at room temperature in an airtight container or OPP bag. Consume within 23 days.
If you want to store it longer, store it in the freezer and then thaw it at room temperature before eating.
If you keep it in the refrigerator, the bread becomes dry. Not recommended.
