In this video we install the Smittybilt Defender Roof Rack on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK. I chose the Defender Roof Rack because of it’s simple design. It installs on the rear of the Jeep by attaching to the rear window hinge and the side rain gutters. There is no drilling required. This rack allows for continued easy remove of the Jeeps hard top, had 4 front and 2 rear light mounts and will allow me to carry fuel, firewood and other gear when we are off on long trips.

Smittybilt Defender Racks are made of heavyduty 16 gauge, fully welded, 1 inch steel tube; and finished in a long lasting, blacktextured powder coat. Designed and engineered in the USA, their form and function are maximized with: 4 front and 2 rear light tabs, integrated flooring, and multiple mounting options. Racks are offered as a onepiece welded unit or bolt together.
