This is "How I'm Doing It" today! Sausage & potatoes in my Crockpot! It's an easy, frugal, sticktoyourribs meal for a crowd!

2 pounds potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
12 ounces smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Place potatoes on bottom of slow cooker. Add onion & sausage. Add salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Add water to cover bottom of slow cooker, approximately 2 cups. Cook on low 6 hours.
