This video is designed to help you move towards SLEEP. It uses DELTA Tones and is coupled with subliminal affirmations to help you relax and sleep. This powerful ambient music should take you to that place where you feel relaxed enough to fall into a deep sleep.

Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. Headphones are required. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.
