4” PVC Pipe for three legs at 17.5” each with end caps and all. Try to shop around for the best length to buy. My local home depot only had 10ft. You really only need about 4.5ft.

Note: the 17.5” legs include the endcap and toilet flange on each end so the actual cut on the PVC will be closer to 17”.
