Why were you so surprised to see me here?” He was a little surprised by the question, but answered: “Do you understand, Richard, about 15 years ago something anomal happened in this village. I cannot tell you what exactly, since this event is a secret, and I signed a document stating that that I cannot disclose it. Since then, the village has turned into a kind of closed zone. After this incident, many residents left here in fear, and some, like me, stayed to live here. There are 7 of us living here. No outsider can come here, and at the same time we are the guards of this village." "Wow!!!" I exclaimed in surprise. Edgar continued: “Richard, I don’t want you to think badly of me, but you and Buddy need to leave now so that other villagers don’t see you here. Besides, the weather has improved and the snow has stopped. With the help of a tractor, I will help you get out to track, snowdrifts are not a hindrance." I replied, "Thank you Edgar! You've been a big help to Buddy and me by giving us shelter in this harsh weather. We'll be heading home now." After breakfast Buddy and I left.
