This campfire by the river is an actual place in the deep forest I have discovered some years ago. Since that time I come back there again and again. The time is late autumn, beginning of winter. The location is in a remote mountain region of Ukraine the Carpathian Mountains. It was quite spooky to be there at night but at the same time the cracking fire sounds and the water calms you down in a very special way. Night nature sounds are quite vivid, especially owls. The place has a steep uphill to the right of the campfire which gives a great sense of protection and, hence, calmness. You could use this video for sleep, mediation, studying or work. Also good for stress relief.

These nature sounds can trigger your autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) which is a relaxing tingling sensation that usually begins on the upper body and moves down. Consider it as an immediate way to relax, no cons.
