✨SKINNY✨ PIZZA Lasagna RollsWW Comfort Food Weight Watchers Recipe Family Friendly WW Dinner Prep These easy lasagna rolls are fun to make and eat and are family and kid friendly!

Ingredients:
6 Uncooked lasagna noodles
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 medium Bell pepper, chopped
8 oz Mushrooms, chopped
3 cups marinara pasta sauce *I now use 3 cups of my homemade marinara for 6 points

1⁄3 cup Water
1 cup Part skim ricotta cheese
1⁄2 cup Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp Shredded parmesan cheese
1 large Egg
1⁄4 tsp Onion powder
1⁄4 tsp Granulated garlic
1⁄4 tsp Italian seasoning
1⁄8 tsp Ground nutmeg
36 slices Hormel Turkey pepperoni
Cook lasagna noodles according to package. Drain, rinse and lay on wax paper. In a large pan, on medium heat, cook onion and bell pepper and mushrooms until softened, about 810 minutes. Add in marinara sauce and water, stir and let mixture come to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or so while you prepare the noodles. Combine ricotta, parmesan, egg, onion powder, granulated garlic, italian seasoning and nutmeg together. Spread 1/6 of mixture (about 2 1/2 Tbs) on each noodle. Lay 6 pepperoni slices along the length of the noodles on top of the ricotta cheese mixture. Roll noodles. Pour half of sauce mixture on bottom of a 8X8 pan and lay rolled noodles, seam side down, in sauce then cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and return to oven, uncovered, and cook an additional 510 minutes or until cheese is melted.
