Being able to sit on the floor and stand up from a sitting position on the floor WITHOUT USING YOUR HANDS has long been known as a longevity test. People who can do this statistically live longer.
Start practicing this now! Do it every day, in front of a long mirror if possible. And on carpet or on a mat if available.
