Hi Simple Life Ministries, today's video is about ideas for Sabbath meals. We started with Friday morning breakfast, Friday's lunch, Sabbath breakfast and then Sabbath lunch. We discussed a little about combining different "kinds" of foods. Then we talked about a fruit dish verses a vegetable dish. Finally, we reviewed the importance of finishing the meal with nuts and the fact that there is no need to cook with oils.
