200 grams of tapioca starch
80100 ml of hot water (pour water gradually so as not to get soft)
optional food coloring (taro pasta)
1 medium young coconut
130 grams of coconut cream (2 sachets)
8090 grams of sugar (according to taste)
1/21 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla / can be replaced with pandan
Ice cubes to taste if you like it cold
