Similar Signs: FRUSTRATED vs WORRIED in American Sign Language ( ASL ) for beginners.

Someone commented on my other video about EMOTION signs asking about the difference between WORRIED and FRUSTRATED. They're similar, but not the same. WORRIED is signed with both hands (or if only using one hand, it's still to the side, not centered on the head) and the hands are generally higher up near the temple/forehead. (Note that in casual signing, they may be lower.)
For FRUSTRATING/FRUSTRATED, the hand (often just one hand) is more centered on the face, as though you're hitting your head against a wall. It can also be signed twohanded for emphasis, but still the hands are more centered and lower compared to WORRIED. Hope that helps!
