Surflo Pump Not Pumping
Having trouble with your Shurflo pump? Is it running but no water is pumping?
This could be caused by a number of factors. Check the in line filter (If you have one) for debris and gunk. The most common cause of a shurflo pump to stop pumping water is a blocked filter or pipe.
This can be a simple fix to avoid picking the easy but most expensive option of a replacement pump.

If this fails, your going to need to dismantle the pump and check the diaphragm is functioning and free of debris.

These can also get blocked from the inside should some debris get past the filter. If your water pump hasn't been used for some time like mine then the diaphragm can become stuck and will need to be freed up.

When I dismantled mine it didn't take much to free up the diaphragm and it was working instantly saving me around £85.00 ($115.00).

If it's a worst case scenario and there is absolutely no way your pump will free up and work you can purchase your pump from the following link. It's not affiliated but is a match to the pump I use.

These pumps are used in R.V'S and motor homes but mine is used for my reach and wash window cleaning kit so these pumps are readily available and you may even find a great one second hand from www.ebay.com
