I'm on the Woodstck road in east Belfast to check out the award winning authentic, Italian cuisine, of local restaurant/cafe Piccolo Parma. I meet Rachel from Australia, partner of Christian, who comes from Parma Italy. Christian is the main chef. He helped name the cafe. Piccolo Parma has been up and running for the last 8 years. It serves authentic Italian food but will also serve Ulster fries and much much more.
