Dr. Maria Daves has over 20 years of experience working therapeutically with neurodiverse people as a consulting counselling psychologist and ADHD coach (ASD, ADHD). Dr. Maria Daves currently provides ADHD coaching for adults and autism diagnoses for individuals older than 16 years old.

About Dr Maria Daves:

According to the difficulties each client is experiencing and the changes they want to make, Dr. Maria blends the cognitivebehavioural, systemic, and psychodynamic techniques to develop a personalised formulation and treatment plan for them. She frequently uses dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), compassionfocused therapy, and schemainformed treatment techniques. The approach used by Dr. Maria is based on an ongoing psychological formulation, or joint knowledge of the challenges a client is facing right now that has been arrived at via investigation and reflection.
