A barge smashed into a causeway in Galveston, Texas, damaging part of the bridge and spilling oil into the water but causing no injuries. The accident follows the deadly crash that brought down the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. NBC News' Priscilla Thompson reports.
