Mary Montequin is a past participant in the Physicians Committee's PlantBased Weight Loss Program. She has an inoperable cyst on her brain and attributed most of her chronic health conditions to it, including vision loss that had rendered her legally blind.

Once she learned she was diabetic she attended the program and adopted a wholefood, plantbased diet. She reversed her diabetes diagnosis in just three months, regaining not only her vision but also healthy kidney function! Mary no longer has migraines or hot flashes and says she is sticking with this lifestyle for the rest of her life.
