Sewing a 1920s day dress

Spring is here and that means it is time for the Jazz Age Sunday Social. It is an incredible event that happens in Dallas in March. After two year it was finally back and so I wanted to go all out for it. I wanted to make something that would stand out from the crowd. They have a best dressed completion and I have made it my life goal to win first. Sometimes I feel like the 1920s aesthetic is a little boring so I decided to take it back a few years to the late teens by pattern hacking two patterns together. I used the skirt, sleeves and cuffs from the Viola pattern and the blouse and collar is from the Armistice Blouse pattern
