Sesame Biscuit recipe:
Dough:
Flour (dumpling flour or pizza flour) 300 g
Wate: 180 g
Yeast: 1/2 tsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Sesame paste mixture:
Sesame paste: 1 tbsp
Peanut butter: 4 tbsp
Fivespice: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
sesame( roasted or uncooked both are ok): as needed
Honey: 1 tbsp
Water: 1 tbsp
After cooked lightly on the pan, transfer them into the preheated oven 450°F / 230°C, bake for 68 minutes
