Senior u0026 Beginner Workout - Walking Workout 25 minutes 2800 steps!

Join me for a 25 minute fun walking workout! ‍♀ Walking is the best form of low impact exercise.
In this video we alternate 30 seconds of walking in place with 30 seconds of low impact cardio exercises so it is never boring!

Please go at your own pace and do what is comfortable for you. According to my fitness tracker, I “walked” 1.5 miles while filming this workout!
Do you need a bigger challenge? Try adding small hand weights!
