This is a little piece of our Off Grid Homestead 2.0, and we've learnt a critical self sufficiency lesson from the Maasai people of Africa.

Fresh, raw milk is a fantastic food. It's as close to a whole food as you can get, meaning you could survive on a diet of almost entirely milk. We're not preppers, but having a milk cow will give us the food security to ride out any storms.
