Kenn played basketball at the University of Washington and later played professionally in Europe. He understands what successful coaching can achieve both on and off the court. After a marketing career in Norway as well as the U.S., he established Fast Break Business Coaching. His takehome messages to clients: Leadership is about empowerment, not power, and their goal should be to engage others, not influence them.
