On the first day in Waikiki, I ventured off the to explore another beautiful beach in Honolulu at the Kahala Resort. And wouldn't you know it there was a special weekend buffet that was absolutely superb. Not only did they have quality fresh seafood with steamed crab, flavourful poke, and fresh sashimi and sushi; they also has an incredible roast/carvery station. What's special about this station? Among the succulent prime rib and meats, they have an incredible crispy roasted suckling pig (Lechon) that was probably the best I've ever head. Meat was moist and tender while the skin was shatteringly script with just the right amount of fat for that extra flavour! Highly recommend a visit!
