Sausage Gravy - so easy you can’t go wrong with this one!

This is so easy, I’m almost embarrassed to make the video! I know some of you might be like me, though, and think gravy is hard to make…well, start with this one and you can’t go wrong!

Here’s what you need:

1 lb sausage (turkey or pork)
B.T. Leigh’s Somthin’ to Cluck About seasoning to taste
23 Tbsp flour
23 cups milk (whole or 2% work best)

Fully cook your sausage and break into crumbles. Add your seasoning and then sprinkle the flour over the sausage. Cook, stirring constantly to cook out the flour taste.

Now, add the milk slowly while stirring constantly. Add as much milk as you like to reach the consistency you are looking for. Thinner gravy, more milk. Thicker gravy, less milk.

Serve with biscuits or toast. Enjoy!
