Light soy sauce 2 spoons 2:13,
Dark soy sauce half spoon 2:19,
Oyester oil half spoon 2:22,
Sweet bean sauce 2 big spoons 2:26,
Chicken powder a little bit 2:33,
Pepper powder a little bit 2:37,
Whie sugar half spoon 3:06,
Add rest green onions 3:13,
500 grams of flour(either allpurpose flour or highprotein flour)3:38,
Yeast 5 grams 3:42,
White granular sugar 5 grams 3:48,
Lard 10 grams 3:52,
Water about 300 grams 3:57,
• After finish making it, ferment it for about 10 mins. Heat the water to be boiling and then steam it for about 20 mins. Braise it for 2 mins and then take it out. If we don't ferment it before steam it, just add cold water in pot. Start timing and steam it for about 20 mins. The stuffed buns will be softer if we fement it twice.
