I recently visited the "Satsuki Festival 2024" held in Tokyo's Ueno.
The event took place in two locations: Ueno Park and Ueno Green Club. Ueno Park had a festival atmosphere with various stalls, while Ueno Green Club hosted a Satuki azaleai exhibition, displaying about 100 beautiful Satuki azalea bonsai trees.
It was possible to see national treasurelevel Satuki azalea bonsai trees, which shine most beautifully during this period.
The leaves are brimming with vitality, and the flowers bloom softly yet brilliantly.
Being greeted by national treasurelevel bonsai at the entrance was uplifting, and the corridor of Satsuki bonsai was breathtaking.
