If there’s one thing we all praise about Android, it’s variety. From affordable beasts to expensive kitchen sinks, you can pick how much you want to pay, and what you get for that money. It’s honestly why it makes it hard to compare phones because price isn’t everything. You’d think that more expensive means better, but that’s not always the case, and no other battle shows those differences more than the one we’re about to begin.

On one corner we have the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Samsung’s latest and greatest flagship, and already one of the best phones of 2023. On the other corner we have the Pixel 7 Pro, Google’s best phone ever, which is actually a statement I won’t argue with this year. Their $300 price difference might make this look like an unfair comparison, but what if that’s exactly how much money you could save?
